A COURSE IN MIRACLES For the 12-Step Program
Are you working the 12-step program? Are you struggling with addiction and don't know where to turn for help? Is a loved one struggling with addiction and you don't know how to cope?
The 12-step program is a set of guiding principles (recognized by some participants as ‘spiritual principles’) outlining a course of action for recovery from addiction or compulsion. The 12-step program is at the heart of recovery programs offered through Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous and Overeaters Anonymous.
A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is described by students and teachers as a course in personal and spiritual transformation. Thousands of people struggling with addiction around the world have discovered ACIM and found it to be a meaningful and everlasting extension to their 12-step program.

Check-in: Attendees will be invited to share where they are on their healing journey and/or share if there are any significant issues they are dealing with at this time.
ACIM reading: Based on the check-in, your facilitator may select and read a passage from ACIM.
Discussion and sharing: Attendees will be invited to continue their discussion and sharing through reflection on the ACIM teachings, as the teachings may relate to their healing journey.
